Pink is so trendy this year, even the Pantone Color of the Year is in the family! So, you may be wondering how you can incorporate the bright, cheery color in your plant collection.

We’ve compiled a list of the top 10 pink plants you need if you want to stay right on trend.

We’re going to break this list in pink leaves and pink stems, so you can decide just how much pink you want!

PINK LEAVES:

Pink Princess Philodendron:

The quintessential pink plant that almost everyone wants in their collection! This beauty is a mix of green and pink on every single leaf, making every plant totally unique. The more light you give this plant (without scorching it) will increase the variegation, so give this baby some sun to ensure you see plenty of pink leaves!

Calathea Ornata:

This pinstriped beauty is part of the Maranta, or prayer plant, family. It is known for its broad leaves with thin pink stripes that resemble a classic pin-striped suit jacket. Be sure to keep this plant happy with consistent care-otherwise it might show you some attitude with brown or wilting leaves.

Aglaonema Red Valentine:

The Aglaonema Red Valentine will steal your heart with its large and wide foliage that is speckled with bright pink splotches. As the plant matures, the older leaves will turn to an even deeper shade of pink and red.

Callisia Rosato:

This is a great choice if you don’t just love one shade of pink. With dozens of small leaves on each plant, the mix of green with multiple shades of pink makes this plant stand out. The color will change as the plant matures, so you can always enjoy several pink tones.

Ficus Elastica Ruby:

If you love the Pantone Color of the Year, Peach Fuzz, then this plant is for you! The Ficus Elastica Ruby has deep pink veins in each leaf, with the actual leaf color blending from a green middle to a peachy-pink edge. This is a statement plant for any collection.

Syngonium Neon Robusta:

A great choice if you are looking for a lot of pink! The leaves of the Syngonium Neon Robusta mix a bright neon pink with light green and spread over the leaves making them even more pink as the plant matures. A great pick for true pink lovers!

Syngonium Pink Arrow:

Like the previous plant, the Syngonium Pink Arrow mixes light pink and green on each leaf. More time = more pink, so choose this plant if you really want a pop of color among a sea of green.

PINK STEMS:

White Princess Philodendron:

This is a great way to add a touch of pink to your collection. The White Princess Philodendron has stunning pink stems that fade away as the plant grows new leaves that mix creamy white with green. Occasionally, this plant will throw a pink leaf, adding even more beauty to this plant!

Alocasia Pink Princess:

Stunning green leaves like many other Alocasia varieties pair with stunning light pink stems, making this plant a true beauty! The thin long pink stems on this Alocasia Pink Princess are always visible as this plant grows, making it a great way to add some pink into your collection.

Ficus Elastica Tineke:

If you love the look of the Ficus Elastica Ruby, but don’t want quite that much pink, the Ficus Elastica Tineke is perfect for you! Only the new leaves emerge as pink, and eventually turn green with a touch of yellow as they unfurl, losing any pink tones. This is the softest amount of pink on the list!
